At Product Inspector, we take the reviews and analysis of our client’s products seriously. Therefore, before submitting a product for review, we ask that you keep the following in mind:
- We do not accept payment for reviews. All reviews conducted are done so without any form of compensation.
- We will not alter our reviews based on any requests from brands. All reviews will be unbiased and honest.
- By submitting a product for review, you are granting us all rights to review the product and provide an honest opinion.
- We cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur to the product during the review process.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us.
- We are not responsible for any damages that may occur to the product or brand as a result of our reviews.
- We will not be held liable for any of the reviews we submit.
- Products will not be shipped back to you until such time as this is discussed and approved in advance.
- If a product is defective or does not function as intended, we will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred.
- We will not be held liable for any legal disputes or claims that may arise due to our reviews.
- We reserve the right to terminate any review process at any time.
- We will not review any products that contain any illegal, hazardous, or restricted substances.
- We will not review any products that contain any offensive, derogatory, or discriminatory content.
- We will not review any products that infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

How to Submit products to Product Inspector for Reviews:
Submitting products to Product Inspector for review is a simple and straightforward process.
Step 1:
Firstly, you will need to fill out a form with your contact information, which should include who you are – a product manufacturer, seller or vendor – as well as the name of the product, its category, availability status, price, status of the submitted model and photos and videos. We also require basic specifications and a purpose for review.
Once we have reviewed your request, we will let you know if your product qualifies for our review platform.
Step 2:
If you qualify, you will receive instructions on how to send us the products.
What to send?
- When sending the products, ensure it is in the exact same condition that customers would purchase it in and that it comes with all the necessary manuals, documentation and additional details that come with the retail packaging.
- You can also include a press kit, PR contact information, technical specifications as well as technical contacts.
We cannot guarantee that all submitted products will be reviewed. If qualified, your product will go through a rigorous and impartial review process, overseen by our expert reviews staff. This can range from a mention in our blog, a video, a full review or a social media mention. Most reviews include photographs and videos of the product.
Step 3:
On completion, we will either store your product in our studio or assign it to one of our editors or even donate it to a good cause.
The review process usually takes around 30 to 60 days from when we receive the product, although this can take longer for some products. When the review is published, you will be notified via email and you are then able to share the review with your customers and on social media. Each review includes a link to the product page, so customers can purchase the product should they wish.
